Eat More To Lose Weight

That's a dificult one to get your head around, isn't it? Lose weight by eating MORE? It contradicts all that we have been led to believe about weight loss.

Well, its not such a crazy concept and when you understand how the body assimilates food you will have a better understanding of how it works.

A lot of false notions are flying around, about what's a good way to lose weight, why we put it on in the first place, and why it tends to stay on. Popular diet programs have no concept of the basics of how the body stores (and burns) fat.

For dieters, food has always been regarded as the problem, the thing to be avoided. But food is not the problem, and eating less is not the answer.

And few would believe that it is possible to change your body in 11 days " that is, to reduce your body weight by 9 pounds in 11 days. That is very significant.

Yet, this has been achieved and documented. The methods used have been tried and tested, and are being used by people around the world.

Simply put, its based around the concept that when we eat, our brains produce 2 types of hormones " one type which burns fat and the other type which stores fat.

The production of hormones can be controlled, so that there will be more of the fat burning hormones, and less of the fat storing hormones are released by the brain.

This is a very clever concept - controlling the hormones through food. Specific foods trigger one or other of the hormone types, and when taken in the correct order, they will go to work for you.

It's important, for the system to work as it was designed, that you eat more than 3 meals a day, according to the pattern. This is a critical part of it.

Its a very effective dieting system, and it works faster than most systems that are available now. It works better than any low-carb or low-fat diet, and a lot less stressful.
